City Osteopaths - Cancellation policy
City Osteopaths require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for a late cancellation or missed appointment. A late cancellation is considered "late" when the client does not reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
Please note that late cancellation/missed appointment fees are not covered by medical insurance providers including ACC and therefore must be paid by the Client. People who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments and also do not pay missed or other appointment charges will regretfully be discharged from care.
Provider reschedule. If, for any reason, we must reschedule a client's appointment, we will notify clients as soon as possible and will work with them to reschedule the appointment. We will also offer alternative appointments with other practitioners if the appointment is urgent and the patient is happy and willing to see someone else.
